How do I order right now?
Email info@nexcorehosting.net with the plan you're interested in and what you'll be running on it. We'll confirm availability, send you a price, and arrange setup. The self-serve ordering system is in progress and will be live shortly.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes. The tiers are designed to step up — start on the size that matches your current load and email us when you need more CPU, memory or storage.
Which operating systems can I run?
Tell us the OS you want to run and we'll confirm what's available for the plan you're looking at. We'd rather check than publish a list that turns out to be wrong for your tier.
How quickly can a server be ready?
Most plans can be provisioned quickly once details are confirmed. We'll give you a firm turnaround when we reply to your enquiry rather than quote a number we can't stand behind.
Who do I contact for support?
