Ordering, for now
Our self-serve ordering system and client portal are being built and will be live shortly. Until then we set accounts up by hand — email us the plan you want and we'll handle provisioning and billing details directly. Nothing about that changes what you get; it just means one extra email at the start.
What to include in your email
The more of this you can tell us, the better the first reply will be:
- What you plan to run on the server
- Roughly how much RAM and storage you need
- The operating system you'd prefer
- Whether you have a plan tier in mind
- When you'd like it live
